Brussel Sprout Medley


INGREDIENTS
Frozen or Fresh Brussel Sprouts
1 Large Onion Sliced or Diced
Fresh Mushrooms sliced
Celery cut in 2 in pieces
Crushed Garlic Cloves
Olive Oil

METHOD
Cook Brussel Sprouts and drain
Saute onions, mushrooms, garlic, and celery in Olive oil
Add cooked Brussel Sprouts mix through and serve.
